Bilborough Air Cadets attend the Last Winter Walk in Lincolnshire |

4 Cadets & 1 Staff member from 504 (West Nottingham) Squadron, Air Cadets based in Bilborough, Nottingham recently attended the RAF Walking & Road Marching Association’s (RAFWARMA) Winter Walk. This was the last year the Winter Walk will be held in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire – before it is relocated to the North West of England.
The Cadets competed the 18Km walk across the Lincolnshire Countryside.

Flt Lt Woodward, Officer Commanding said “All of the entrants have had a busy walking season – they have also completed the Nijmegen Walk in Holland, the RAF 2 Day Walk, and now the Winter Walk – in total walking around over 150km – I am hoping that next season will be just as competitive” Officer Commanding, 504 (West Nottingham) Sqn ATC
